At Posh by Addilyn, each skateboard deck is thoughtfully handmade and designed just for you. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All skateboard decks are made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time & Method

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier delays.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Posh by Addilyn is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
