At Posh by Addilyn, all skateboard decks are made to order and handcrafted with care. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please be sure to review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions prior to ordering, we’re always happy to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The original packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Posh by Addilyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking information.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in future purchase restrictions.
